--SHIPPING--
we offer several options when it comes to shipping because we want to allow flexibility to you the consumer in both pricing and timing.

we offer flat rate shipping via UPS ground

orders up to $50 - $7 flat rate shipping
$51 - $150 - $10 flat rate shipping
$151 and up - $12 flat rate shipping

We also offer expedited shipping via UPS. expedited shipping rates are determined by weight of items purchased - shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

orders received by 10am CT will be sent out same business day.  orders received after 10am CT will be sent out the next business day.

--RETURNS & EXCHANGES--
we really want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it , with RETURN in the subject line.  please provide your order number, item you wish to return and reason for the return.  we will respond within one business day to your refund request.  a refund will be granted as long as the following is met:

• returns must be received back to our office within 30 days of the initial shipment date to customer.
• returns received after 30 days will be subject to store credit (less a restocking fee of 30%).
• items returned must be received in unworn condition with tags still attached.
• returns must be received with original sales receipt.
• NO RETURNS will be accepted on under garments.
• shipping is non-refundable -- unless of course we have made a merchandise shipping error.
• refunds will only be issued in the form of original payment.
